Overview

MSP® (Managing Successful Programmes) is recognised as the best practice programme management method and is being adopted by organisations in all sectors in the UK and internationally. MSP is a generic structured, controlled, repeatable and robust project management method that can be used to manage any size and complexity of programme.

This half-day event provides participants with a broad understanding of the internationally accepted MSP programme management methodology.   Delivered by fully accredited trainers and industry leading experts with extensive experience of using MSP, the seminar is engaging and participative to allow attendees.

Prerequisites

MSP is aimed at individuals and/or businesses that wish to understand how to run programmes in a logical and organised way – using an internationally accepted programme management method.
Anyone with an interest in how to run programmes more effectively should attend this seminar. Whether a Senior Responsible Owner (SRO), programme manager, project Executive, undertaking programme support, a team member or an interested stakeholder, all would benefit from an appreciation of how MSP can work for you
