Business and IT training courses from QA

MoP® Management of Portfolios training

Portfolios management is defined as a coordinated collection of principles,
strategic processes, practices, and techniques that together enable the
most effective balance of organisational change and business as usual.

At a glance

Management of Portfolios (MoP®) approaches the management of change projects and programme management from a strategic viewpoint. It provides an overview of all change activities including what is in the portfolio, what it is costing, what risks are faced, what progress is being made, and what the impact is on business as usual and the organisation’s strategic objectives.

As an accredited training organisation, we offer the full range of Management of Portfolio project management courses from the BCS. Please note you need to register with the BCS once you have booked your QA course.
