Management of Portfolios (MoP®) approaches the management of change projects and programmes from a strategic viewpoint. It provides an overview of all change activities including what is in the portfolio, what it is costing, what risks are faced, what progress is being made, and what the impact is on business as usual and the organisation’s strategic objectives.
As an accredited training organisation, we can offer the full range of Management of Portfolio courses from the APMG.
There are two qualifications available:
We can also offer a half-day MoP Executive Seminar which gives you a high level insight into the MoP principles, or a more generic Portfolio Management executive briefing which is a 2-hour session delivered by the co-author of the official MoP guidance notes – Stephen Jenner, and highlight the strategic benefits of the a portfolio approach.
Please be advised that, when QA book your exam paper, we have to provide the APMG with your email address. The APMG will then send you an email with details on how to create your personal account. The information collected by the APMG will allow them to produce your results and issue your certificate to you electronically.
