Overview

The Association for Project Management’s APMP is a knowledge based foundation level qualification, enabling participation in all kinds of projects from individual assignments through to large capital projects. Based on the APM Body of Knowledge (APM BoK), the APMP qualification eLearning is an intensive introduction to project management. The eLearning will address the techniques and soft-skills necessary to effectively deliver projects. It will also provide opportunities to review knowledge gaps and practice exam technique in preparation to sit the APMP exam.

Our blended option includes and examination preparation workshop and APMP examination.

Prerequisites

This eLearning is for potential and practising project managers wishing to demonstrate their knowledge of the fundamental areas of project management. Ideally, delegates should have a solid background with related experience and knowledge, and should already be working in a project focused environment. 2 years Project Management and/or APM Introductory Certificate is recommended.

Delegates will learn how to

  • Explain the principles of project management
  • Describe project management methods, tools and techniques
  • Explain important people skills appropriate to effective project management
  • Be prepared sufficiently to sit the APMP exam
