Overview

The Association for Project Management (APM) is the UK’s leading professional body for Project Managers and the largest independent professional body of its kind in Europe. It has over 15,000 individual and 400 corporate members throughout the UK and abroad. Based on the APM Body of Knowledge, the APM Introductory Certificate in Project Management is a vital introduction in Project Management and is the entry level qualification from the APM.

Prerequisites

This eLearning is suitable for practising or potential project managers and team members who would like to understand project management terminology and who wish to obtain the APM Introductory Certificate. No specific experience is required as the eLearning starts from basic principles.

Delegates will learn how to

Course Outline

The syllabus covers the end-to-end life cycle of projects so that delegates become familiar with typical project management processes, techniques, roles and terminology. This eLearning course will address the techniques and soft skills necessary to be involved in the delivery of projects. This will allow delegates to take a more proactive role and make a positive contribution within any project environment, through an improved overall understanding.
