Overview

The Association for Project Management (APM) is the UK’s leading professional body for Project Managers and the largest independent professional body of its kind in Europe. Prerequisites

This eLearning is suitable for practising or potential project managers and team members who would like to understand project management terminology and who wish to obtain the APM Introductory Certificate. No specific experience is required as the eLearning starts from basic principles.

Course Outline

The syllabus covers the end-to-end life cycle of projects so that delegates become familiar with typical project management processes, techniques, roles and terminology.
