Dario has collaborated with companies in the IT, Automotive, Pharma Devices and Insurance industries to deploy Process Improvement initiatives by leading Black Belt projects, delivering Yellow to Black belt training, developing training materials and coaching candidates to certification.

With an analytical mind-set (background in Engineering) rounded up with a Master’s in Business Management, Dario can help any organization to go from strategy to execution using proven Lean and Six Sigma concepts to materialize the strategy into efficient and measurable processes.

Being certified as Black Belt by ASQ, as Project Management Professional by the PMI and as Expert Scrum Master by EuropeanScrum.org, Dario is well equipped to link concepts from these areas with Lean and Six Sigma traditional curriculum.
