Aidan Matthews joined QA in October 2007 and has over 20 years experience working in Management and Personal Development. He has previous management experience in the music and hospitality industries.
Jennie is a Learning Consultant in our Professional Development team. She is a proven developer of people with learning and development expertise spanning from inductions to management, leadership and talent. Her training and facilitation experience has been developed within a variety of environments including utilities, financial services and call centres. Jennie is a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Time Line Therapy, Hypnotherapy and a Master Coach. She has experience of Trade Unions having previously chaired a staff union for six years. She has a proven record of accomplishment of delivering training using eLearning and Learning Management Systems.
Jon has worked in professional development for over 20 years. Having worked as a Learning and Development Consultant, Learning and Development Manager and Solutions Designer and Deliverer, servicing both public and private sector businesses, Jon can determine the essential needs of a client and design and recommend the most advantageous solutions for their business. Cultural change programmes, Leadership and Management interventions and personal development are all areas of his expertise. Jon joined QA in 2011.
Liz joined QA in 2005 with over 30 years in business in a variety of roles, predominantly in sales and customer service, up to Director level. Having been involved in almost every aspect of business over a long and successful career, Liz is able to bring a wealth of commercial knowledge and practical expertise to her post as a Learning Solutions Manager within QA. Liz works with our account management team and our customers to scope learning solutions which exactly fit our customers’ requirements, creating a high-level design before introducing the customer to our team of consultants.
Mary has worked in a learning and development environment for the last 15 years. She joined QA in 2008 and works with our sales force and our clients to design and develop solutions that make a real difference. Mary has a breadth of experience as a learning professional, trainer and coach across the corporate, public and charitable sectors as well as a great foundation in management gained from a previous career in sales and retail management. Her personal quest is to help the organisations she works with identify and analyse the impact of the training they request and to ensure she works as a ‘trusted adviser’ adding value where possible. She enjoys learning projects covering all areas related to management and leadership of people and specialises in E&D and career management in the public sector.
Nick Joined QA in 2011 as a Learning Consultant specialising in Management, Communications and Behavioural Change. His previous roles such as Managing Director of a recruitment consultancy and Training Manager for a Business Consultancy; have seen Nick lead project teams of over 300 staff and act as Lead Facilitator for some of Europe’s largest Change and Transformation projects. As well as consultancy and training delivery, Nick delivers interactive leadership sessions focused around Choice Architecture, Decision Theory, Problem Solving and Risk Perception.
Nicola is a highly skilled and qualified learning and development specialist with over 15 years experience of designing, delivering, evaluating and modifying development programmes at all levels. Nicola manages our team of learning consultants, and is responsible for our core portfolio of training courses. Her experience includes working as the lead consultant with a global Managed Services Provider in the design, development and delivery of their tailored 12 month Management Development Programme for team leaders, middle managers and the senior management team.
Nova has extensive experience as a strategic learning and development consultant on key projects within both the private and public sectors in the UK and overseas. She’s run a company and managed teams in the private and public sector. She works with our customers to design and deliver broad based learning solutions including training, one-to-one coaching, eLearning and webinars. Her experience includes the national rollout of a change management programme for the public sector.
Philip is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience of developing and leading teams within both public and private sector organisations. He brings high-energy with remarkable creativity, and thought-leadership with deep insightfulness. He combines a unique blend of emotional intelligence, intuition, and real business knowledge in order to fully understand and then solve, often very complex, people related situations.
Richard joined QA in 2008. Previously Richard worked as a freelance learning consultant and, managed a learning delivery team for BT, being part of their L&D Operations for over 10 years. Richard is highly versatile and works with QA’s clients across a variety of sectors, including: Local government, International banking, Education, Manufacturing, BPO, IT and Energy. As a Learning solutions manager, Richard provides a first point of consulting with the QA Professional Development team, helping to create learning solutions and leadership programmes that contribute to our client’s strategy. Richard is also QA’s lead solutions manager for accredited learning with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
Sarah has over 16 years experience in the field of Professional Development. She has enjoyed designing, developing and delivering effective development solutions to clients across the public and private sectors. She has also spent time managing a training division. Sarah has highly developed customer relationship skills. As a Learning Solutions manager, she uses her breadth of expertise to work with clients to determine their precise organisational development needs. She works closely with our Learning Consultants to develop creative and robust interventions with proven results.
Shân Searle is an experienced training and development professional, with expertise including management, planning, training, organisation and facilitation. She is a proven developer of people to senior management and has a reputation for delivering results on time and to budget. Her experience includes designing and delivering many bespoke training and development programmes covering communication, assertiveness, influencing, negotiation, project management, recruitment and selection, team building, and delivering excellent customer service for all industry private and public sectors.
Siobhan acts as a consultant in the design and delivery of complex, bespoke programmes which unite HR, OD and L&D initiatives: global strategic capability frameworks, talent management, succession planning, performance management and change management. She creates strategic interventions outlining organisational change programmes and initiatives, has been involved in the creation of eLearning material for blended learning solutions and is responsible for developing and delivering engaging, creative and challenging, management and leadership development programmes.
Tom joined QA as a Learning Consultant in June 2011. He is a skilled and qualified learning and development specialist with experience in organising, planning, designing, delivering, evaluating and modifying development programmes at all levels. Tom has worked in Private, Public and Third sectors, enabling an array of audiences, from company directors through to prolific offenders in prison. He is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management with a masters level 7 in leadership mentoring and executive coaching.
