We take your complete satisfaction very seriously. At the end of your course, you’ll be asked to complete an evaluation, where we ask you about your experience of training with QA. The results of these evaluations are constantly monitored, and used to help us improve our courses, our centres and the whole learning experience.
In addition, we use the Net Promoter Index to measure the overall satisfaction of our customers, and how likely you would be to recommend us to a colleague or friend.
