Land Registry

Land Registry is responsible for registering title to land in England and Wales. It records dealings with registered land, including sales and mortgages.

Land Registry was expending valuable time and resources pursuing low volumes of training direct from multiple individual suppliers. The Challenge

Working to strict annual budgets, Land Registry's Training Team is responsible for producing a training plan in response to a broad range of requirements submitted by resource managers from across the organisation.

Whilst Land Registry has preferred suppliers in place for its regular requirements, the team recognised that it was using a lot of time and effort sourcing low volumes of training direct from new/additional suppliers, a process that was often slow and unresponsive. To combat this, Land Registry sought to streamline the process, freeing up valuable internal resources and reducing transaction and administration costs.
