Buying Solutions
QA is accredited by Buying Solutions under the Learning & Development and E-Learning Solutions Framework, for the following areas: information technology, programme management, project management and customer service. This framework provides a quick and efficient route to procurement and enables organisations to buy training, through pre-tendered arrangements, with the confidence that they are compliant with EU procurement legislation.
Chartered Management Institute
The Chartered Management Institute is the only chartered professional body that is dedicated to management and leadership. As a chartered body with charitable status, The Chartered Management Institute promotes the art and science of management. Established over 50 years ago, The Chartered Management Institute has over 70,000 individual members and 400 corporate members. The Chartered Management Institute accredits our ‘Introductory Certificate to Management’ and ‘Introductory Certificate to Team Leading’ programmes.

QA is a Citrix Authorised Learning Centre (CALC) – authorised to deliver all Citrix courses which lead to professional certification. In 2008 QA won CALC of the Year award. This includes the industry-leading Citrix Access Suite, Presentation Server and Password Manager.

QA is an Authorised CompTIA Partner, for the delivery of all CompTIA courses and training programmes which lead to professional certification. These include A+ and Network+.

Institute of IT Training
QA is an Institute of IT Training Accredited Training Provider. The Institute of IT Training is an independent UK body which assesses and regulates IT training companies, helping to ensure the high quality and strong consistency of training delivery.
ISEB – Information Systems Examinations Board
QA is accredited by ISEB (Information Systems Examination Board), which is the examining board of the BCS (British Computing Society), to deliver ITIL foundation and manager courses in IT service management.
ISO 9001
Combines the three standards 9001, 9002 and 9003 into one and is designed to help organisations achieve greater customer satisfaction, by using consistent products and services. QA is an ISO 9001:2000 certified organisation.
ITIL
QA is accredited by ISEB (The Information Systems Examinations Board) for the provision of foundation and management-level service management training – helping organisations to provide more effective and efficient services to internal and external customers.
itSMF – IT Service Management Forum
The IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) is an independent body for the service management industry. QA has been assessed and accredited to provide ITIL service management training – and is one of the UK’s leading ITIL training organisations.

QA is one of the leading providers of Microsoft training in the UK. We have the highest level of accreditation (Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions) and have been selected three times as Microsoft’s leading learning solutions provider across Western Europe.

As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions, QA already has a proven track record of delivering Microsoft training solutions to all sizes of organisation – including some of the world’s largest and best-known brands. Our Small Business Specialist accreditation demonstrates that we are equally adept at providing training to small businesses.
Middlesex University
QA provides an accredited programme for management development in a unique partnership with Middlesex University’s Institute for Work Based Learning. Programmes are offered at Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma level.
Managing Successful Projects
QA is an Approved Training Provider for Managing Successful Projects (MSP), a management tool for bringing together people, activities and information to achieve a business goal. All MSP Approved Training Providers must meet standards in accordance with BS EN 45011.

QA has a long association with Novell, and is proud to be a Novell Platinum Training Partner. In addition, in 2008 we were awarded Novell’s prestigious Training Partner of the Year award as the leading training company across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Oracle
QA works in close partnership with Oracle, as extension of the company’s own Oracle university – and has been providing Oracle training for almost a decade. QA is the largest Oracle Approved Education Centre in the UK.
Project Management Institute (PMI)
QA is a Project Management Institute (PMI) Global Registered Education Provider (REP). Twenty-five QA project management courses have been approved by PMI for the award of Professional Development Units (PDUs) which are needed by project managers to maintain their PMP status.
PRINCE2
QA is authorised by the APM Group (APMG) for the delivery of PRINCE2 training courses and certification programmes. QA provides PRINCE2 training to some of the UK’s best-known companies and is a recognised leader in project management training.
Prometric
Many of QA’s training centres are Authorised Prometric Testing Centres, allowing all of our delegates to take their examinations in the same surrounding as their training courses.
Red Hat
leader in Unix and Linux training, QA is authorised to deliver Red Hat training courses at both QA and Red Hat training centres, helping organisations to install and manage one of the most popular corporate Linux distributions.
SFIA Foundation
SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age) provides a common reference model to help identify the skills needed to develop and use effective information systems and information & communications technology. QA is an accredited member of the SFIA Foundation, and is represented on the SFIA User Council.

QA is an VMware Authorised Training Centre (VATC). In 2009 we were awarded the VMware Authorised Training Centre (VATC) of the Year award for EMEA 2009. All our VMware instructors are certified, and one of our instructors won the VMware Best VCI Newcomer award for EMEA in 2008.
